With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect in May 2018, we welcome the opportunity to deepen our commitment in the area of data privacy. We are making changes to our policies, processes, products and systems to ensure that we comply with the Regulation and continue to put data protection first. We’re also committed to helping our customers meet their requirements under the Regulation. If you don’t read anything else, know that we don’t sell, rent out or otherwise share your data with third-parties for marketing purposes and do everything we can to keep any personal data we hold about you secure. The most recent update to this policy was 24th May 2018.

If you are, or become, a customer of Pickacab then we will also store details about your business including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number and email address for the purposes of our contract. This information will be retained for a period of a minimum of 24 months and a maximum of 36 months upon you ceasing to be a customer. Should you wish us to delete this information, just get in touch with us using the contact details in the “Access to your personal information” section.

As an IT business, we understand the importance of data security and try to use best- practice for storing of information including strong hashing of passwords and limiting access through technical means to our internal and external systems.

Under GDPR, the data subject (you!) have the right to access and amend any of their personal data that we hold. You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to dpo@pickacab.com
